The heads and bodies in each category are interchangeable so this creator offers countless characters with all its possible combinations! I did the math :) you can create 975 human characters alone, not even including hair color, skin tones and accessories!
Heads and bodies are all set up for you: just toggle the visibility of the layers to pick and create a character, piece of cake! The graphic elements are vector shapes, each placed on it's own layer. You can resize the file without losing quality (no pixels :)

This creator also works in the FREE online PHOTOPEA software :) Some things differ a bit from the video: you need to use the 'Move Tool' (V) with auto select 'on' to select the shapes (instead of direct selection tool) and then open the properties to change the color fill.
To move an entire group/character with multiple layers you need to turn auto select 'off' on the Move Tool. Other than that it's pretty much the same as in the video. Enjoy!
