Cant finish my purchase

I have been trying to purchase my bundles but every time I try the message is card declined. I checked with my banks (I tried a couple of cards) and the bank doesn’t even see the purchase. How do I complete the purchase?
I have closed the browser and cleared my history, which was a suggestion from one of the banks.
A little help please.

Have you tried checking out as a PayPal guest? Also, I know you said you cleared your history, but did you clear your cache/cookies as well?
