Can't open files or create new canvas

Is anyone else having issues with designscape not working today? I have been using it with no issues for about 6 months now but today its just not working.
I cant create a new canvas or open any files .
Does anyone have any advice please?

I’ve been in touch with customer service who said there is a problem that’s been reported to the Developers. Hopefully they’ll sort it out soon.

No sorry. They just said they’d be back in touch. Hope it gets fixed soon as I’ve not even been able to try it yet and am very keen to try after seeing a video about it.

Has anyone heard an update on this? I joined this so I could use DesignScape for my son’s upcoming wedding.

Our sincerest apologies, DesignScape has not yet been resolved. Our developers are working on correcting this for all of you though!

It seems to have been down for awhile. My trial is now over and I’m paying for a service that I cannot use. Is it best for me to cancel or is there an ETA on getting this resolved at all? Thanks for any information you have.

Is there any update on how long this is going to be until it’s up and running again, i’ve a lot of mockups to make :frowning:

So glad someone else is having issues, I thought it was just me doing something wrong haha!

Oh it might be fixed!! it let me open something this morning! Fingers crossed it’s back up and running.

The developers have said that DesignScape is up and running! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Is it just me thats still fighting with designspace? it’s taking forever to load folders in when you try to open them, they eventually do but only after waiting for minutes. very frustrating when you have so much work to do and all you want to do it throw the laptop out the window

I’m having trouble still! I can’t type anything and I thought it was just me not knowing what I was doing so now I’m mentally drained lol
