I’d say Procreate, Affinity Designer, and Adobe Illustrator
I use Procreate pretty much every day and it’s definitely my favorite, though it is raster and not vector. Adobe Illustrator is quite new and I haven’t had enough time to play around with it yet. And Affinity Designer is well loved by many designers as well!

I use ProCreate and Illustrator. Will probably get into Photoshop, too, but I’m trying to hone my skills in these two programs first.
