hey yall im new to crafting, & i love it, i just get frustrated when i dont understand how to do something new but I’m sure like everything else there is a learning curve. I bought my cricut maybe 2 months ago and have watched tons of youtube videos but i learn best by actually doing something so most of what i know has been from trial and error. I have played around in inkscape but its pretty overwhelming but i really want to learn how to create my own designs. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone has had a great 4th of July weekend

I’m not a fan of Inkscape myself. Personally, I like to design in Adobe Illustrator but you can also create your own designs right there in Cricut Design Space Here’s how - 49dacdc4e483c27ac477f6ea3421856f

There’s so much to learn here! <3
I’m self-taught in Inkscape by watching Youtube and practice, practice and more practice!
I create all of my designs in Inkscape and am happy to help with any questions
I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July weekend, as well!
Hi 2a91f2b3b46e89c6b1e3ff620118b533. Welcome and I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend too.
Don’t give up. I almost did in the beginning. Now I’ve been doing this for 3 years. I’m still learning things. Find some good groups that are friendly and ask questions whenever you have one. Most people will help you because they want you to succeed. You can do things that you never thought you would. And have fun
Welcome, hope you too had a great weekened
