How to I get the honey effect that is shown in the 4cc4af74d4524c88c0b3a50bb5494ed3?

Open a document and create your text design:

Select your text layer and click the ‘FX’ button at the bottom, from the dropdown, select ‘Bevel & Emboss’:-

Apply the following settings for each of the tabs:-

Inner glow:-

Color Overlay:-

Outer Glow:-

This should leave you with a design that looks as follows:-

Duplicate this layer with Ctrl-J, right click on the new layer and Clear Layer Style:-

To this new layer, apply the following effects:-

For this layer it is important to set the ‘Fill Opacity’ to 0% which can be done in blending options:-

And Voila:-
