Lost Plus Credits

I have been a member for years. I have had several issues with CC fraud and have had to change cards and I forgot a few times to update the card here, so many memberships… I have updated the cards within a few days or a week and have lost my previous credits. I do not think that this is fair as I did not intend to cancel my membership. I want to know if its possible to regain those lost credits?
