Need help with settings and the paper studio vinyl

I’m going nuts I need to cut out 50 cup labels but I’m using the paper studio vinyl and it keeps messing up!!! I wanna scream… and maybe even throw my maker but… I know that’s alot of money and I need to chill thats why I’m here… it won’t cut all the way through and or rips while cutting I put 3 new blades in it and I used the washi setting and it was bad if not worse

What’s a good setting for the hobby lobby vinyl? What pressure numbers? Idk I just need help before I have a mental break down!!!

Sorry to hear about your issues with cutting the labels. When I first got my Silhouette Cameo 9 years ago, I tried the Paper Studio vinyl, but it would tear so easily despite the different settings I tried. In several of my crafting Facebook groups, people warned against the PS brand and recommend Oracal 631 or 651 (depending on the project). I’ve been using Oracal for the last 9 years and rarely have issues. So I recommend trying Oracal and don’t throw out your machine. Good luck!

Thank you so much!!! I’m going to go buy some today and see only thing I’m bummed about is I paid 25.99 for a big roll of TPS vinyl. I’m gonna try one more time today and tweak the settings a little more and see if not on the michaels arts and crafts I go lol  thank you again

Please share if you crack the code! And I’d love to see your finished products.
