Purchases gone

All of my purchases have disappeared. I’ve checked and I’m logged into the correct account (I can even still see the invoices from my purchases). If I go to send a support email, all of my purchases show up as product options there. If I do a search for one of my purchased items, I get a label that says “already purchased” but when I go to the downloads page it says “no purchases found.” Any ideas?

I know that there was a slight bug where users were unable to see their purchases for a brief period. However, our developers have said this has been corrected, so if you could clear your cache/cookies and refresh your page you should then be able to see your purchases here: 21d0b90b509f961b7fcea83f6e5619c2
