If somebody is already familiar with working with vectors, it will be very easy to use A. Designer. For totally beginners, there are a lot of tutorial on Envato Tuts and on all around the Youtube. Maybe better to try 3 months free trial and then decide. But I like it very much.

Thank You. I use illustrator and find that very natural to work with. So might give it a go, I think it’s included in my adobe package.
