Instructions:
To create a repeat pattern design in Photoshop, open the pattern square tile in Photoshop Edit Define Pattern. Then create the document in a size you intend, apply a layer style and choose Pattern Overlay then choose the pattern you want File Save As JPEG and take it to print or upload onto the web.
