To use this journal you need a tablet, stylus, and a PDF annotating app such as Goodnotes.
This journal is intended for daily use to help you declutter your thoughts and feelings, as well as keep an eye on your overall health. There are 366 daily pages dated from January 1st to December 31st (February has 29 days). There are no years or days of the week. That way you buy the product once and you can use it over and over again.
The digital mental health journal comes in two background colors (beige and white) and landscape orientation.
The journal contains:
- One home page which you can use to navigate to the extras at the end of the journal
- One at a glance page which you can use to navigate to every day of the year
- 366 daily pages
- 12 monthly overview pages
- 12 monthly evaluation pages
- One symptoms to keep an eye on page
- 6 yearly symptom tracker pages
- One ingredients to avoid page
- One medications side effects page
- 6 doctor’s visit pages (which can also be used as therapy notes)
- 3 notes pages
The daily pages contain:
- Daily intention at the top
- Day’s accomplishment(s) on the top right
- Table for meals and snacks
- Spaces to track your exercise and medications/ supplements
- Time spent outdoors
- Time spent with friends/ pets
- Stress levels
- How you felt physically and how you felt emotionally
- A box dedicated to decluttering your mind. Write about the day, what stressed you, what made you happy, what feelings you had, etc. You can also draw/ doodle and use pictures from the day.
- What you are grateful for that day

- Two zip files, each containing one PDF journal with hyperlinks for easy navigation (in beige and white).
- One zip file containing one instructions PDF. Note: there are no app specific instructions as that depends from app to app.
