Navigating the New Plus/Plus Unlimited Membership on Design Bundles

Membership Plan Name Changes:

• Bronze Membership is now called Basic Membership.
• Gold Membership has been rebranded as the Pro Membership.
• Silver Membership is no longer available due to the introduction of Plus Unlimited.

Price Adjustments:

• If you were on the Gold, Silver, or Bronze Membership and have been moved to Plus Pro or Plus Basic, there will be no immediate price increases for existing members. However, for new members, the new prices apply. If we do increase existing member prices in the future to align with this, we will let you know in advance, with the choice to cancel, should you not wish to continue with the membership. 

Upgrading & Downgrading:

1. Upgrading to Plus Unlimited:

   • Upgrading to Plus Unlimited gives you access to all Plus products without any download limits. However, any Plus points you had before upgrading will be recorded and will be available if you decide to downgrade in the future.
   • Downgrading from Plus Unlimited to Pro or Basic will reinstate any historical Plus Points to your account. 

2. Download Limits for Plus Unlimited:

   • You can download unlimited products from the Plus section or from stores of our Plus Partners, subject to our Fair Use Policy. However, products in the general marketplace are sold separately, but Plus Unlimited subscribers receive 15% off on these.

3. Licenses with Plus Unlimited:

   • All downloads on the Pro Plan and the Plus Unlimited Plan come with a Corporate and Print-On-Demand license. Detailed information is available here. Note that the basic membership does not come with these licenses and only our Premium License. 

4. Additional Benefits of Plus Unlimited:

   • Access to DesignScape graphic editing software.
   • Access to PixaScape photo editing software.
   • 15% discount on marketplace purchases.
   • Entry to the Dollar Deal Afterparty.
   • Exclusive access to the Illustrate AI tool to generate unlimited AI art to meet your needs, subject to fair usage. 

5. Subscription Adjustments:

   • Currently, you cannot pause your Plus subscription. However, we are considering adding this feature.
   • Annual plans offer a 20% savings over monthly payments and are available with any new subscription.
   • Stopping your subscription retains your rights to use previously downloaded products, but you can't re-download them unless you reactivate your membership. 
   • Cancelling your membership, means your credits will no longer be available to spend. 

If you are currently on a subscription and choose to upgrade your membership to one at a higher price, you will only pay the difference.
