Bokeh border overlays

A collection of bokeh borders that sparkle, glow, and glitter! This collection includes bokeh effects of different sizes, hues, and layouts. All bokeh files are high resolution (300 dpi) transparent PNGs (12 inches wide) that can easily be overlaid onto your projects with any software that supports layering. Bokeh borders are perfect for invitations, card-making, web design, or scrapbooking projects. This package also includes all of the background textures shown in the ads (12 x 12 inch jpegs; 300 dpi).
