This is a jig for laser engraving 8 Metal Bottle Openers at one time. There are two layers to the jig so you will just need to glue them together or use the mounting holes on your fiber laser. The jig is designed to keep the Bottle Openers level on both sides which is very important for engraving. I also included the Lightburn file for you!

NEW FILE 12/13/2022: Ive updated the file with 6 new jigs included for sizes from 10.8mm to 11.85mm wide. ALSO now included is a jig for a 4x4 Inch work area with all 8 bottle openers.

When you order alot of them they are not always the same thickness so i created an additional jig for a little thicker pieces. If your pieces are thinner or thicker, just adjust the jig boxes accordingly.

All included in the Lightburn file.

These are primarily for Fiber lasers and can also be used on other lasers as well.
