There are different ways to make your hand sanitizer holder, you can finish it by glue or sew around the edge. Make it with your fabric scraps and you can always add HTV designs to personalize your holder.

It fits any bottle 7/8" diameter and 31/4" in length or less perfectly, but you can always easily to adjust the size.
