What Is Flexa?

With flexible working on the rise, Flexa was founded to provide transparency in the job-hunting process. Internal processes allow Flexa to verify companies on their flexibility - accrediting and celebrating those that prove to be genuinely flexible employers.

Flexa uses a benchmarking score against several parameters, such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, and benefits. They also interview employees anonymously to gauge happiness and perception simultaneously.

Flexa's Feedback About Design Bundles

“Design Bundles has one of the highest benchmarking scores we've ever seen for the anonymous employee survey. This, along with the unanimous positive feedback we received, really shows that the employees here are even more satisfied with their flexible working environment than the employer realizes! A very pleasant position for any company to be in, and no doubt it is well deserved. All candidates looking for a truly flexible employer that is backed up by the employees themselves should certainly be seeking out applicable roles at Design Bundles.”

Design Bundles' Commitment to Flexible Workspaces

Founders Andy and Alex established Design Bundles in 2016 without a centralized head office and scaled the company remotely, including building a wider team. To this day, the team works entirely from home, adopting flexible hours around life commitments and personal preferences.

Some people fit happily in the 9-5, some love to start early and go exploring in the afternoon, and others enjoy a leisurely lie-in before setting up for the day. Either way, the flexibility remains.

Since opening their virtual doors, the founders have held the mantra of trusting employees completely to work in a remote setting. And because of this trust, there is no time tracking or micromanagement.

Flexible working times, leave, and career growth allows for a richly diverse talent pool based across various cultures, locations, and backgrounds. Meanwhile, offering true flexibility in a working environment based upon trust empowers the Design Bundles team to perform at their best.

Co-founder Andy Croft has said working flexibly and balancing work-life commitments helps Design Bundles harness “passion, creativity, skills, drive, and talent." Expanding that, he hopes the team "wake up excited for the day" and "enjoy personal growth from a neurodiverse, think outside the box organization.” With impressive growth since launching in 2016, founders credit this success to their global talent pool and flexible working ethos.
