If you want to make your own design around it, make sure you set the ruler to the correct size before you start to ungroup.
The inches ruler fits well on a 10x50 inch plank and the cm ruler fits well on a 25x120 cm plank.

DXF files can be used with Silhouette Studio, the basic edition, though I recommend
to upgrade to Designer Edition, so you can use SVG files.
SVG files are easier to work with, because they are grouped in contrast to DXF files.
