This listing is for a digitized machine embroidery design FILE, and NOT a pre-embroidered item, patch or iron on.
You need to have an embroidery machine and appropriate software to transfer the design file to your machine.
After confirmation of payment (PAYPAL) you will be able to download a zipped folder containing all relevant files within minutes.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure suitable knowledge of how to unzip/unpack/extract a folder to access relevant embroidery files.
A color change sheet is included in the file. This serves as a guide to the sequence of embroidery and suggested colors used.
Steps are grouped together by color, to ensure fewer color changes.
Colors may differ when embroidered on the actual item.
I test the designs and review it to ensure top quality. Always test stitch the design, or portions of it, before stitching it onto the final item, as results may vary depending on the fabric and stabilizer combination.
No refunds will be given due to the digital nature of the product.
