This is the files to cut out and engrave the coaster holder with coasters (3 styles) using your Glowforge (Basic, Plus, Pro) or other cnc laser cutter.
There are in this ZIP archive the versions for material 1/8", 1/6", 1/5" and 1/4" (3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm) thick.
The holder accommodates 6 coasters having the size 4"x4" (102 x 102 mm).
The holder dimensions are as follows.
For material having a thickness 3mm:
- external height 1.93" - 49mm
- external width 5.08" - 129mm
- internal height 0.83" - 21mm
For material having a thickness 4mm:
- external height 2.13" - 54mm
- external width 5.16" - 131mm
- internal height 0.98" - 25mm
For material having a thickness 5mm:
- external height 2.48" - 63mm
- external width 5.24" - 133mm
- internal height 1.3" - 33mm
For material having a thickness 6mm:
- external height 2.76" - 70mm
- external width 5.31" - 135mm
- internal height 1.54" - 39mm
In the picture the item has been made of a plywood thick out of 6mm.
Included are the SVG and DXF vector files. The files are Glowforge compatible.
