Cricut can recognize the edge of a PNG as a cut file, so the file would be a simple print and cut for you.
Tips for Silhouette users:
Silhouette unable to recognize the edge of PNG and may try to cut a box around your sticker. Thus, you have to trace edge and cut edge for your print and cut. You might not be able to get scallop shape as sticker background.
