This design is very easy to make! Just cut the design out of card stock on your electronic cutting machine, and glue it all together! Just don't glue the money flaps down as you need them free to put your rolled up money through! Use a hot glue gun to attach a skewer to the back of the design if you would like to use it as a cake topper! :-)
