To use this journal you need a tablet, stylus, and a PDF annotating app such as Goodnotes.
This journal is intended for daily use to help you manage and evaluate your health. There are 366 daily pages dated from January 1st to December 31st (February has 29 days). There are no years or days of the week. That way you buy the product once and you can use it over and over again.
The digital health journal comes in two background colors (beige and white) and landscape orientation.

- How you felt waking up
- Table for meals and snacks
- Water intake
- Medication/ supplements table
- Stress levels
- Exercise table
- Time spent outdoors
- Time spent with friends/ pets
- How your physical health has been that day
- How your emotional health has been that day
- A colored box to record what you are grateful for
- Some lines where you can write anything important to you (you can use them to track symptoms/ severity of symptoms, what you did to manage stress, etc).

- Two zip files, each containing one PDF journal with hyperlinks for easy navigation (in beige and white background colors).
- One zip file containing one instructions PDF. Note: there are no app specific instructions as that depends from app to app.
