Introducing the minimalist digital planner made specifically for those with ADHD by someone with ADHD.
The planner starts with an index page which you can use to navigate to:
- Yearly vision board where you can add inspirational pictures and quotes
- Calendar tables which you can fill in with current dates
- A year at a glance page where you can write the most important goal and actionable steps to take each month of the year
- Five yearly goals pages where you can break down five goals into smaller goals and actionable steps
- Password log pages where you can track your passwords, usernames, security questions and more
- Doctor’s appointments pages where you can write questions and concerns pre-appointment, key takeaways and to dos post-appointment
- Frequent symptoms
- Medication side effects
The top tabs take you to the monthly pages. Here you can fill in the table with the calendar dates and your most important appointments and events. Clicking on the week tabs of the table takes you to the weekly schedule pages where you can plan out and organize your schedule.
The numbers at the top of the monthly calendar spread take you to the daily pages. Here you can:
- Write your priorities on the top left
- Record weather and how you feel throughout the day on the top right
- Record your health, meals, exercise, and goal for tomorrow
- Write your TO DO lists, what you actually accomplished that day and what you need to do tomorrow. With ADHD, you probably get distracted by many things during the day and end up working on tasks different from those on your TO DO list. Tracking your TO DOs and accomplishments helps you see what you set out to do and what you actually accomplished. Over time, this will help you stay focused on the right task instead of straying towards different ideas.
The daily pages span from January 1 through December 31. There are no calendar dates or days of the week so you can reuse the planner.
Additionally, each month has seven monthly pages for:
- Finances
- Daily expenses
- Habit and symptom trackers
- Intensity trackers (for symptoms, exercise, moods, and more)
- Grocery lists
- Ideas (with ADHD you probably get lots of ideas and thoughts invading your mind)
- A monthly review
This planner was designed in an easy to use, minimalist nature so you never feel overwhelmed by your planner again.
You will receive:
- A PDF with instructions
- One Monday and one Sunday start versions of the planner
