This is a digital download product, meaning nothing will be shipped to your mailing address. Here's how to import your new palette into Procreate: Download your swatch file (.swatches) and save it to the files on your iPad. (Be sure to download through web browser)
Once saved to your iPad, simply click on the .swatches file and it should open automatically in Procreate. If it doesn’t show automatically as your default palette, check your palette library.
If this doesn’t work, try... Plan B:
Inside procreate, go to the palette library by clicking the color wheel in the top right corner, and then clicking "palettes" in the bottom right corner of the color menu. Now click the + sign in the upper right corner, click "new from file", and import your .swatches file from your iPad. If for some reason you're still having trouble, make sure to update to the latest version of Procreate. Sometimes, newer palettes don’t import with older versions of the app. You can do this by going to the updates section in the app store. Feel free to reach out to us if you're still having trouble.
