Printing instructions:

Download the file and open it in Acrobat Reader DC. Please print the file without scaling - under the Page Size & Handling choose Size - Actual size. Choose Auto portrait/landscape under Orientation and make sure that the file is centered on the page (refer to Preview image before printing). Print in duplex mode OR print odd pages first then even pages on the back side. You should be familiar with your printer regarding direction of flipping the pages.
