Energy is always in motion and can never be destroyed. Therefore, if there is an imbalance in the interchange of energy somewhere, then a natural reflex is triggered — to bring this energy into balance.

The essence of this law is to harmonize our lives, that is, all four spheres (which are marked in the tracker) must be balanced. If there is not enough in one area, then there will be an overabundance in another area, and the balance will be disrupted. Each sphere accounts for 25% of the energy. Which will make a total of 100%.

But it is important to remember: "It is not the quantity that matters, but the quality of this energy." This rule applies to those who cannot equally (in time) devote time to all spheres. For example, you planned to walk with your child for a couple of hours, but something went wrong, and you have only 40 minutes left. But even 40 qualitatively (!) spent minutes can easily compensate for the planned time in a couple of hours.
