This is an SVG DIGITAL DOWNLOAD file for a gingerbread family Christmas ornament SVG file. Works with Glowforge and other software programs compatible with SVG files including, but not limited to the use with AEON Mira and Thunder lasers.
The file includes everything pictured to make a cookie sheet and a gingerbread cookie family for years to come including pets (dog, cat, bunny, hedgehog), an expecting cookie, a halo and a rolling pin. A template has been included to assist with the placement of the cookies. This element is color coded blue and can be cut once if you would like to use it, or can be ignored/deleted. This was made to assist with alignment and works for the boy and girl, but will not work for the pets or with the halo. If you are using the halo element, you will NOT be able to use this template and may also need to adjust your cookie size depending on your cookie and halo count. Please read instruction sheet provided for additional details. As pictured, no adjustments were needed.
Files are updated for 2022 and also include cookie sheets dated for 2021-2025 in the zipped file available for download.
The gingerbread cookies are scored making for a very quick print and are perfect for using up scraps. I used 1/8" walnut for the gingerbread family to minimize painting.
You will receive six files to download as described below. An instruction sheet with font, materials, paints and additional details is also included. Files included are as follows:
Gingerbread cookie sheet with pets: This file is made to fit up to six gingerbread cookies.
Gingerbread cookie sheet up to 9: This file is made to fit up to nine gingerbread cookies. The gingerbread cookies are the same size as the with pets file, but the baking sheet has been enlarged slightly to fit a third column of gingerbread cookies.
Gingerbread cookie sheet up to 4: This file is made to fit up to four gingerbread cookies. The gingerbread cookies have been enlarged in this file to fill up more of the cookie sheet.

This file as shown has been made and tested on a Glowforge.
Elements within the file have been color coded to represent the following functions:
Red: cut
Green: score
Black: engrave
Blue: cut or ignore
Be sure to adjust your settings accordingly when loading your file into your application! The red should load to cut. The black should load to engrave. You will need to adjust the green to score. Blue can be cut or ignored depending on your preference. Coloring is visible in your design programs and in the instruction sheet, but not in the Glowforge application.
