This is a DIGITAL product! NO physical product will be shipped or provided! This digital file is created to be used with laser cutting machines (like Glowforge), CNC router and other such.
This item includes 1 front main design with several options and elements to customize the door hanger including four different text phrases, four different side elements (carrots, grape and etc.) and 3 main back layer designs (different texture for the layer - one clear and two different shiplap options) with 3 different holes options (this includes different places of the hole/s, number of holes and lack of them). Plus you will get two different stands. Each of it is created for three different material thickness - 1/8 inches (3 mm), 1/6 inches (4 mm) and 1/4 inches (6 mm).
All this is included in a zip file that contains the models and all elements. Have in mind that everything is divided into three folders. The first one is dedicated to the front elements (i.e. text, pumpkin, leaves, wheat and so on). The second folder contains the base layers. And the third folder has the stands files. All folders are named respectively. All is created in the following file formats - SVG, PDF, DXF, AI and CDR.
When glue layers use glue that is suitable for the material that you have used for the items. For example - if you use wood material, use glue for wood.
All is provided as it is. No additional letters / names / text are provided. If you want to customize them or to create something brand new, it is your responsibility to know how to use your vector program or other software to write the names/text and/or to make changes to them, including engrave weld / merge / union the names/text onto the chosen item.
The size of the model is around 9.84 inches x 9.84 inches (25 cm x 25 cm). This product is intended for material with thickness of 1/6 inches (4mm). However, you can cut it from any other material that you are sure that your machine can cut through! Also have in mind that you get two different stands and each one of them has three options - each for three different material thickness - 1/8 inches (3 mm), 1/6 inches (4 mm) and 1/4 inches (6 mm).
Each back layer of this product has either no, or one central hole in the upper part or two equally position holes on each side. Each hole is with the size of around 0.24 inches (6 mm) in diameter. If you need bigger holes, please either remove the provided one and put your holes, or increase the size of the provided holes.
Keep in mind that you have first to score (if you choose to use such parts) and finally cut.
Recommended materials: Plywood, MDF, HDF, Wood and Acrylic.
In the included digital file have in mind that:
- YELLOW COLOR is used for score;
- BLACK COLOR is used for cutting;
- RED COLOR is for information purpose.
When engrave, score and/or cut please make sure you use settings on your laser machine that are suitable for the material that you use! It is your responsibility to know how to operate the laser cutting software, the laser cutting machine and/or your other programs / vector software.
