It is recommended to use materials that are resistant to washing. So look for permanent vinyl or outdoor vinyl or premium permanent adhesive vinyl (For example Cricut permanent vinyl and Oracal 651) But remember anything with vinyl should be hand washed only. It will not hold up very long if it’s placed in the dishwasher or put in the microwave (continuous hot heat!).
