Halloween Cat and Pumpkins Layered Laser Cut Files

A coordinated three-layer Halloween sign with separate layer files and an assembly reference.

A mischievous seated cat in a folded witch hat, three smiling pumpkins and four bats surround connected Halloween lettering. Orange, black and gold create a warm seasonal palette.

This is a digital design for laser cutting and glued assembly. The finished sign measures approximately 380 x 339 mm. Use three layers of 3 mm plywood or laser-safe MDF, with a maximum thickness of approximately 9 mm. The design contains 12 retained pieces: an orange backing, ten black overlay pieces and one connected word.

Included cutting formats: SVG, PDF, EPS and legacy Illustrator AI format. Separate SVGs are supplied for each layer, together with a combined layout and an assembled colour placement guide. SVG is the primary production format. There are no font dependencies.

All red production lines are cuts; no engraving is required. Paint the parts and glue them in the order shown by the assembled guide. The small black pumpkin face pieces must be retained and glued into position. Add your own rear mounting hardware for wall display; no stand or hanging holes are included.

Check imported dimensions and test laser/material settings before cutting. No kerf compensation is applied and the design has not been physically test-cut. Photos illustrate a possible painted finish. No physical item, paint, wood or hardware is supplied.
