About format files:

You can open PNG and JPG files in any raster graphic editors. You can make the illustration smaller, but not larger as it might loses its quality.

You can only open EPS10 files compatible with Adobe Illustrator 10 and higher and other vector editors. You can change their color, size without loss of quality, and change them if necessary.

The colors depicted on your screen may be slightly different from the actual print. It depends on your monitor, printer, and the paper you are using.
