Valknut
Magic symbols of the witch. Tattoo alchemy and esotericism, witchcraft of the magician
The meaning of the Valknut symbol is very multifaceted. The most famous explanation of its symbolism can be obtained by deciphering the name. "Valr" means fallen warriors, and "knut" means knot. Hence the name Knot of the Fallen Warriors. And since the owner of Valhalla, which became the last refuge for the dead warriors, was the one-eyed supreme god, the sign was tacitly recognized as a symbol of Odin.
Valknut hides in itself the trinity of the world in the pagan sense - the world of people, the abode of the gods and the refuge of the dead.
Another interpretation is the designation of the three goddesses of fate, norns. Each of the triangles means its own goddess - Urd, who controlled the past, Verdani, who controls the present, and Skuld, who commands the future. This meaning of the talisman to some extent echoes the previous one, although it manifests itself in different images.
