How to Use

- First go to edit  presets  preset manager  patterns  load given pattern.  
- Open PSD file and place your photo & text on smart object. (Adding text is optional you can remove it if you want)
- Open Actions Panel (F9 / Window –› Actions); Load action (you can just drag and drop them in PS)
- Play the action, wait few seconds, Done!
- Save Final Output as GIF or MP4 Video.
N.B: This action requires Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extened or later versions.
