This pretty card has papercut bunting and confetti and drawn 'Joyeux anniversaries!' words and stars.

I have cut the sample card using a Cricut Joy machine with a 0.8 blue gel glitter pen, white textured cardstock and blue mirri card for the insert.

Instructions for setting score and draw lines

The full size cards are suitable to cut with machines such as Cricut Maker, Cricut Explore, Brother Scan and Cut and Silhouette machines (as long as you have Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or above software).
