Poetry is a scary thing for children to write. Having them use these worksheets to write a haiku poem about something or someone that they love will make it a little easier.

Just print out enough copies for all of your children. Walk them through the first side of the worksheet. This is where they will brainstorm about who or what they want to write about and then what to write about their topic.

On the other side is where they will actually write their poem inside the heart.
