This papercut design template is to make a traditional German schultüte school cone, to celebrate the first day of school! Fill it with school supplies, candy, or treats. The SVG is meant for use on your cutting machine, or print the PDF pattern onto your favorite colorful or patterned paper and cut by hand. Instructions are included.
If using the SVG, you can resize the design in your cutting machine software as desired. If cutting the SVG on your machine using the maximum cuttable area of a 12x12 inch piece of paper, your cone will be about 11.5 inches tall with a top opening that is 5.25 inches in diameter.

US and Canadian Paper Sizes:
Letter Size Paper (8.5 x 11 inches) which will make a cone that is approximately 8 inches tall with a 3.75 inch diameter top opening
Ledger/Tabloid Size Paper (11 x 17 inches) which will make a cone that is approximately 10.5 inches tall with a 4.75 inch diameter top opening
International Paper Sizes:
A3 Size Paper (294 mm x 420 mm) which will make a cone that is approximately 286 mm tall with a 430 mm diameter top opening
