Purchase includes digital download of above pictured item.  Upon purchase you will receive one PDF + JPG file with cut lines for a 4 tags.  It is designed to print 4 cards per 8.5" x 11" paper (see image 2 in listing).  Sometimes your printer will need to select "shrink to fit" to make sure part of the graphics don't get cut off.

*** A PDF = Is basically an electronic image.  It can be printed quite easily.  If you open it and it shows up looking kind of funky, you need to use ADOBE ACROBAT to open the file (not just the one on your web browser.)  

***  A JPG is also sent in case you have trouble with the PDF.
