I have tested this file on Glowforge Pro.

*Laser cutter tips* 

I use MDF on medium draft board settings on the Glowforge to cut out the earrings.

I use Posca fine tip paint pens to paint details.

Please resize to your liking! I size mine between 0.6 inches to 0.8 inches, but this is completely just my preference!
