More information on this Design

These 3D/‘pop up’ butterfly bundle is a digital download, therefore no physical item will be sent.


You will receive 31 SVG files, suitable for cutting machines such as cricut.


I have hand drawn these pop up butterflies and have test cut on 200gsm cardstock. I used my cricut cutting machine and chose the setting ‘cardstock for intricate cuts’ on default pressure.


Once SVG files are uploaded into your cutting software, some will need the first layer changing from cut to draw with pen (if they have drawn elements on them), then click ‘attach’ so it brings all the layers/elements together to cut as a whole butterfly.


Most of the larger butteflies have been cut to 6cm and the smaller butterflies are approx 3cm, these can be resized to suit your project though. 

Once cut carefully fold the butterfly wings up to give it that 3D/ ‘pop up’ look!


You can use these individual pop up butterfly elements to create greetings cards, framed designs, card gifts....
