I designed and cut heart puzzle file at approx 5 inches and as it is, you can cut three whole puzzles on one piece of 10in x 19in material! It's formatted with a space saving design, where your puzzle pieces will cut out of the negative space where they'll eventually sit. This cuts down considerably on material and time!
