Discover the marvel of engineering with this Digital Laser Cut Design of a Mechanical Truck. This design includes a rubber engine and intricate gear mechanism, this creation comes to life when activated by a special key. Release the ratchet mechanism by pressing the button, setting the force of the rubber band in motion, and watch as the truck gracefully propels forward.
The model has a clockwork mechanism consisting of gears and elastic gum.

🤏Material thickness (versions of the files): 3mm, 1/8''(3.175mm), 4mm
📈 Level of assembly complexity: ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫
⚠️ Important! The quality of the mechanism depends on the assembly quality of the model.
I want to warn you that this model has a complex assembly and an ordinary user who has not dealt with plywood and laser cutting may encounter problems.
For a successful assembly, you need to lubricate the mechanism well, use good rubber bands for the motor, connect parts tightly and strictly follow the instructions!
⚠️ Contains small parts
⚠️ Some parts are attached with glue
⚠️ For better wheel movement, it is advisable to lubricate the axles and gears with wax, paraffin or an ordinary candle
⚠️ You will need use good rubber bands for the engine (The instructions indicate which ones)
⏰ Assembly time - 4-7 hours

📏 Finished SIZE
3 mm: 198 x 68 x 90 mm (7.76 x 2.66 x 3.54'')
3.175 mm (1/8in): 209 x 71 x 95 mm (8.22 x 2.81 x 3.75'')
4 mm: 263 x 90 x 120 mm (10.35 x 3.54 x 4.72'')
📐WORK AREA - total area of wood required for cutting
3 mm: 528 x 279 mm (20,79 x 10.98'')
3.175 mm (1/8in): 559 x 295 mm (22 x 11.62'')
4 mm: 704 x 396 mm (27.72 x 14.64'')
⚠️ If you use wood whose thickness is not included in the design, you can easily scale the file.
1) import a file that is thicker than your wood thickness
2) multiply the width and length of the file by your real thickness and divide by the thickness of the wood in the file
For example your wood is 5 mm.
Import the file for 6 mm. Multiply the width and length of the imported file by 5 and divide by 6.
After that, you will get a file for 5 mm.
