This Google Sheet allows you to add up to 15 custom habits per day, week and month, up to 45 in total per month and track progress as you tick off completed habits. Progress is tracked with 4 different graphs for each month to really get a feel for how you are progressing.

How is works

-         You will need Google Sheets on your computer

-         You will receive the template via a zip file which will contain a PDF containing a link and instructions

-         The PDF will also contain instructions of how to set up a free Google Account if you haven't got one already

-         Open the Zip file and then save the PDF file to your computer, you can then open the template via the link

-         Click on the link to open the template and then make a copy before you start using it

-         The template itself will also have a tab which includes the instructions

-         To use the template again and again just keep making another copy
