WHY ARE THERE FEWER SVG & DXF FILES?
There are 4 coloured tooth files that look the same.  They come in 4 colours (PNG) and 2 features: 
1. knockout tooth shine which leaves the small area transparent and;
2. layered with removable tooth shine. 
The colours do not matter when using SVG and DXF since you can change to the colours you will be using, so while there are 9 files in each folder, two files are simply due to a colour change.
