I created this gorgeous Congrats Illustration so that crafters like you can make beautiful gifts whether it be for family members or if you run a business. I sublimate too, and this beautiful Bear looks amazing on Tumblers, T-shirts, Mugs, Cushions and more!

This is a PNG file, so it is suitable for card making, sublimation, printing onto paper/card & decoupage.
