Brother Scan and Cut - Scan to cut data tutorial.
1- Turn your machine on.
2- Select the scan icon.
3- Select the scan to cut data icon.
4- Load your cutting mat with the image you want to scan on it. Select the start/stop button on the machine.
5- The image will appear on your screen.
6- Adjust the arrows to ensure the image is with in the area needed (1) click on preview (2).
7- If you are happy with the cut lines select save.
8- You will now have several options to save. Today we are saving the image onto our scan and cut machine. click the SnC icon.
9- Go back to the home screen and click pattern, then on the category screen click on saved data.
10- Select where you saved the data. We saved it on the SnC machine.
11- Select the image you scanned that you want to cut.
12- The image will now appear on the canvas screen. Select OK.
13- At this point you can add more images if you need by clicking on the Add icon. But we want ot cut this image so click on OK.
14- Load your media into your machine. Click on the cut icon, then click on the start/stop icon on the machine. The image you scanned will now cut on the plain media you loaded.
