Sure Cuts a Lot 4 Basics - Saving files

*Note- SCAL4 Pro used.

1- Open Sure Cuts a Lot 4.


2- Create a design you want to save.


3- To save your project click on File > Save project as.


4- A new window will appear. Name your file and click on save.


5- If you are working on a design and need to add to your saved design, click onto File > Save project.


6- Alternatively, you can click on the save icon in the top toolbar.


7- If you want to save your design as a SVG or a FCM file, click on File > export.


8- A new window will appear. Name your design file and in the drop down box seelct the file type you want to export as.


9- A second window will appear before it saves This gives you the option to save as a print and cut (1), save to it is cricut design space compatible (3) and you can also highlight parts of your design and save that selection only(2).
