Based on my bestselling SVG for vinyl cutting machines!

I have added a backing, a frame and made the lettering slightly thicker to accommodate Glowforge users.

The preview design was cut using a Glowforge Pro on Medium Basswood settings using 1/8" birchwood.

Example design was cut at 10" wide and 13.89" tall. I went and sized the file in the Glowforge app making sure to lock the aspect ratio. I then adjusted the size to 10" wide and the length was automatically adjusted in the app.

To create design I used prestained 1/8" birchwood for the back and the frame. For the wording I used 1/8" birchwood that I cut and then spray painted white.

To assemble I used 3M adhesive backing on the frame and the wording. I cut a template for the wording out of cardboard to make lining up easy. Once all pieces were cut and ready to assemble I applied the template to the backing and added the wording. I then applied the frame portion. You can also use glue in lieu of 3M.

Design took approximately 10 minutes to cut all pieces using my Glowforge Pro on the settings provided above.

Cutting file smaller than example may result in more fragile pieces due to them being cut smaller.
