This is a DIGITAL product! NO physical product will be shipped or provided! This digital file is created to be used with laser cutting machines (like Glowforge), CNC router and other such.
This item includes 10 front frame designs - 5 cutting boards and 5 working boards. There are included 6 different back layers. Also you will get 8 different text for the boards and some additional elements. Plus two different type of the US flag - one fully engraved and one for cutting and painting. Also you will get two different stands - each one designed for three different material thickness - 1/8 inches (3 mm), 1/6 inches (4 mm) and 1/4 inches (6 mm).
All the above is included in a zip file that contains the models and goodies for this listing. Have in mind that they are divided into four folders. Each folder is named accordingly - front frames, back layers, elements and stands. Each folder has the respective elements into the following formats - SVG, PDF, DXF, AI and CDR.
All is provided as it is. No additional letters / names / text are provided. If you want to customize them or to create something brand new, it is your responsibility to know how to use your vector program or other software to write the names/text and/or to make changes to them, including engrave weld / merge / union the names/text onto the chosen item.
The size of the model is different but the biggest size is around 10 inches x 6 inches (25.4 cm x 15.2 cm). This product is intended for material with thickness of 1/6 inches (4mm), but you can use other thickness depending on your machine capabilities. Specially when you will get two different stands created for three different material thickness - 1/8 inches (3 mm), 1/6 inches (4 mm) and 1/4 inches (6 mm).
Keep in mind that when you glue layers use glue that is suitable for the material that you have used for the items. For example - if you use wood material, use glue for wood.
Keep in mind that you have first to engrave, after that score (if you choose to use such parts) and finally cut.
Recommended materials: Plywood, MDF, HDF, Wood and Acrylic.
In the included digital file have in mind that:
- BLUE COLOR is used for engrave;
- YELLOW COLOR is used for score;
- BLACK COLOR is used for cutting;
- RED COLOR is for information purpose.
When engrave, score and/or cut please make sure you use settings on your laser machine that are suitable for the material that you use! It is your responsibility to know how to operate the laser cutting software, the laser cutting machine and/or your other programs / vector software.
