2020 Toilet Paper Ornament made with Acrylic

This is not your normal Christmas Ornament. And 2020 was not a normal year! This is a Shadow Box design that you can actually put a real square of toilet paper into. It contains five layers of cuts, but is super simple and fast to assemble.

How did I achieve the look in the pictures? I used five layers of material. Starting from the bottom layer, it's 1/8" plywood, then 1/8" clear acrylic. Then 1/4" plywood, 1/8" acrylic, and finally 1/8" plywood. I stained with dark wax paint, glued together the layers using superglue, clamping, and then let dry. Don't forget to add the toilet paper to the center before gluing it together!
